So it ends, a wonderful weekend filled with passion, enthusiasm and brilliant speakers and discussions on health and health care systems of Canada. It doesn’t feel like it has been three days. We’ve learned so much and done so much, but as the theme of CUCOH attests, the power lies in translation of theories to practice. So we reflected on what we’ve learned and experienced and how we can use this and work together to promote and influence change. The difficulties lies in changing our perception of what health care is and for that matter, our pereception of what health shoould be. We are so grateful to have been a part of this life changing conference and we hope that more Northeen Ontario undergraduate students can experience what we’ve experienced through many other influential health care professionals and motivating peers.
We are counting down the days already for CUCOH 2012! We hope to gather more delegate next year for this wonderufl experience! Your’s very truly,Yaeji and Kian.
